If someone is having trouble logging in to or accessing their NHS account, refer them to:

- NHS App help and support – NHS (www.nhs.uk) for app problems
It’s important that people are registered with a GP and their details are up to date (including mobile number, email address) before trying to create an NHS account to log in. This reduces the risk of problems with the log in process.
