We want to continually improve our support offer to you. We’ll strive to understand your experience through knowledge exchange sessions and occasional surveys to understand what is working well, what’s challenging and what may help. We would welcome any case studies you can share about your experience and the service users that you have helped.
We won’t be asking libraries to collect any data about usage for this next phase of the project.
