Our support offer to public libraries includes:
- self-serve training on the NHS account, app and website from the training resources for libraries webpage
- online NHS App drop-in live sessions to help library staff with any questions
- knowledge exchange sessions online to share what’s working well and collaborate on solving any issues
- dedicated webpages with support resources for the public and training resources for libraries that include where to locate trusted health information; walk through videos on how to use the NHS browser and app, for use with service users
- the library communication and social media toolkit, that includes tools to promote the offer in local libraries and communities
- evaluation tools for libraries to demonstrate support the offered and capture case studies The Good Things Foundation offer of free data packs that libraries can give to service users
We are in the process of reviewing and updating these resources. These will be updated regularly, and then when the NHS App updated we’ll update the resources again in line with its new look and function.
